This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

PARENT COMMITMENT
- 2 - (4hr) snack bar duty shifts (Per registered player)
- ** Buyout for snack bar shift is $75 PER SHIFT**
- Players pictures will be held until this has been met.
- League Fundraiser. 30 Raffle Tickets.
- Uniforms will be held until this has been met.
REFUNDS
Full refunds will be given before uniforms are ordered. After uniforms are ordered a pro-rated amount will be refunded.
